Plan of the balance of the Karamu Estate - the property of the trustees of the late Hon J D Ormond. To be sold by public auction at the Cosy De Lux Theatre, Hastings, Thursday June 20, 1929 at 2.30pm.
Karamu Estate is situated two miles from Hastings railway station and one mile from Stortford Lodge. Plan shows blocks of land with lot numbers and area sizes. Harrison, A Tomlinson, A Sinclair, A E Ellis' properties are bordering some blocks to be auctioned. Ōmāhu - Hastings Road borders four properties at the left of the plan. Included is a locality plan at the lower right of plan.
Numerous notations in pencil on land sections where buyers names have been added eg:
