Brief Description
The plan of East Hastings includes sections 61 & 63.
Sections adjoining the racecourse are to be sold by public auction at Hastings by Mr R Wellwood - Auctioneer, on Wednesday October 7, 1885.
The plan shows land lots with area sizes around Gascoigne Street, Southland Road and Murdoch Road. The land is to be brought under the Land Transfer Act.
Mr Danvers is an adjoining property owner.
There are numerous plans mounted on paper and bound in a book form.
