Brief Description
The Napier district plan of developments was proposed by George Nelson in 1922.
The plan shows the area from Napier, Esk River, Petane, Maraetara, Ahuriri Lagoon, Awamauku, Moananui and the hills around Greenmeadows.
The Tutaekuri and Ngaruroro rivers start at the confluence at Waiohiki, with the proposed outfall being at Taumatua near Farndon.
