Brief Description
The Karamu farm owned by J D Ormond.
Four attached sheets.
a) The Karamu farm plan shows land lots ranging from 14 acres to 58 acres adjoining the Mahora settlement and the Ngaruroro River and the proposed new road to J D Ormond's estate.
Stamped at lower left is: The trustees of the late J D Ormond.
Signature unreadable.
b) The Karamu farm plan shows land lots along the road to Ormond's estate.
c) Attached manuscript that records the trustees of the J D Ormond estate will survey and pay for a proposed road to the land.
d) Also attached is a Lands and Survey schedule recording that the area surveyed is 1.3 acres, which was carried out by the surveyor, A Saxby on 15 March 1923 and examined and found correct by R Anderson in 1923.
