Brief Description
The plan of Hawke's Bay Land District No 251, is of the Tangoio Settlement and shows land for selection on renewable leases, consisting of 8,411 acres, 3 roods. Applications close on Thursday 17 February 1910 and preference is to be given to landless applicants. The area covered is around Tongoio bluff, Kowhiro Stream, Waipatiki Stream, Napier to Wairoa main road and the Tangoio lagoon, which is 13 miles from Napier.
