Cadastral map showing borough boundaries, reserves, streets, lot numbers, DP numbers and area sizes around Marine Parade, Scinde Island, Napier Central Business District, Ahuriri Lagoon and Inner Harbour.
South Pond Lagoon is adjoining Battery Road and Bridge Street.
The pilot signal station is shown at the entrance to the inner harbour, as well as the signal lights.
The area South of Georges Drive and Hyderabad Road has the road system noted on the map but no lot numbers or house sections.
Napier South School - Now Te Awa School is noted bordering Creagh Street and the artificial lake on the Napier Boys High School property is shown.
The tram barn is situated on Thackeray Street, near the Faraday Street turn off and the line is noted going East on Thackeray Street, past the the tram shed at Clive Square on Dickens Street and turning left and right onto Hastings Street, terminating on Bridge Street in Ahuriri.
The meteorological station is shown near the Coker memorial gates at Nelson Park.
