The plan shows land lots, area sizes, roads around Miller Street, Sylvan Street, Park Road, Selwood Road and Grove Road in Hastings. Te Mangapouri Stream borders lots to the south east end. Fitzroy Esq has a land lot fronting Karamu Road and R D D Maclean & Nelson brothers are neighbours bordering the land lots and Grove Road.
