The plan shows a bird's eye view of the landing strip with a flying area of 80.8 acres. A Windrose is shown with a note:
Wind conditions are such that speeds of 40 to 50 MPH can be reached and held by car. The note goes on to say that the ground is largely made up of pea gravel.
