a) Memorandum from A R Coad to the Hawke's Bay Earthquake Relief Fund, dated 21 July 1931. This Memorandum concerns the passing of Mary Chapman and the associated funeral expenses. Enclosed are copies of letters from the secretary at Tiffen Park House to R Staines and Son and F Wells and Sons of Waipukurau.
