Transcription of Earthquake Survivor's Oral Histories, 1931 Hawke's Bay earthquake from the Oral History Project, compiled by Helen McConnochie. The transcriptions are taken from the oral history tapes compiled by Helen McConnochie over several years. The records include an index of those whose personal accounts are featured. Some of these accounts are in Helen McConnochie's book entitled: Afterwords, published in 2004 by the Hawke's Bay Cultural Trust.
