c) Two copies of a list from the Napier Earthquake Relief Fund Committee Clothing Department including payments and receipts. Undated.
d) Letter from R Girling Butcher, Secretary of Committee, Napier Relief Committee, to Officer in Charge, Clothing Department, Choral Hall. Dated 9 February 1931. Letter is in regards to Choral Hall now to be used as a telephone exchange and that they should therefore move to Mr Robert Alexander's house next to Forester's Hall.
e) Memorandum from Secretary to the Defence Surplus Stores Depot, Hawke's Bay Motor Company, Dalton Street, Napier. Dated 5 March 1931. Memorandum is in regards to debit notes.
f) Memorandum from the Secretary of the Earthquake Relief Committee, Tiffen Park House, to Mr P W Peters, Officer in Charge of Clothing Department, Citizens' Control Committee, Napier. Dated 3 March 1931. Memorandum is in regards to claims against the Clothing Department.
g) Two copies of a memorandum from the Secretary of the Earthquake Relief Committee, Tiffen Park House, to Mr P W Peters, Officer in Charge of Clothing Department, Citizens' Control Committee, Napier. Dated 27 February 1931. Memorandum is in regards to wages of staff of Clothing Committee.
h) Report from the Clothing Depot. Undated.
i) Memorandum from the Secretary of the Earthquake Relief Committee, Tiffen Park House, to Miss McDonnell, Officer in Charge Hastings Street Food Supply Depot, Napier. Dated 27 February 1931. Memorandum is in regards to claims for goods supplied by Clothing Depot on authorities issued by her.
