Brief Description
A book of carbon copies of travel permits issued by Nelson Park camp on 10 and 11 February 1931.
The permits are signed by the officer in charge of evacuations, Captain E M Finlayson. The permits end on page 61.
On page 62 is the carbon copy of a letter to the manager of the Daily Telegraph, Napier, regarding advertising and printing accounts. The letter is from from Tiffen Park House and is dated 17 March 1931. At the top of the letter is an annotation by Spiller of the Relief Committee who asks that items be debited to the Napier Borough Council.
