Brief Description
Chief Officer's Log Book of the SS Pukeko on a voyage from Hull to Napier, N.Z. via Panama Canal. Commanded by Captain A McLachlan. Chief Officer: D Horn. Commencing Thursday, 1st March 1928. Ending Monday, 14th May 1928, noted as Antipodes Day. Lists names of Ship's Company. Included with the Log Book is a Log abstract of voyage: S/S "Pukeko" Log abstract of voyage Hull to Napier N.Z. via Panama Canal and carbon copies of the Master's Log titled: T S S "Pukeko" at Hull with each page initialled.
