Land deed between Nepe Apatu, Karaitiana Takamoana, Hori Hukahuka, Wehi Reihana, Erueti Tanguru, Iriwata Hanita, Herewini Tamihana, Ripata Moruki, Paora Rohipa, Tipene Apatu and Her Majesty, Queen Victoria for the purchase of block Manawatu No 3 or Te Otiu or Nihopopo Block, measuring eleven thousand three hundred and four (11,304) acres for the sum of £3000.
