Minute Book, Haumoana Beach Improvement Society, 1934-1941. Commences with Minutes of first Annual General Meeting of the Haumoana Beach Improvement Society Incorporated held in the Hall on Tuesday 27th November 1934. Recommendation to the incoming committee to apply to Hastings Borough Council for a donation towards improving the beach and a further recommendation regarding the sealing of the road into Haumoana Village. Lists names of those elected to the roles of President, Vice Presidents, The Executive, Honorary Secretary and Treasurer and Honorary Auditor. Minutes are signed and dated by current Chairman. Listed at the back of the book: Schedule of Charges for Haumoana Hall, and Caretaker's Duties.
