Booklet entitled: Cairo. Written and published by the Education and Rehabilitation Service.
Book was written in an effort to keep New Zealand Armed Forces entertained and educated after World War II ended. To this end this booklet is a brief tourist guide of Cairo that also includes a history of the city and historical notes of most of the locations suggested in the guide.
The major sections are: The City of Cairo; Modern Cairo; Sightseeing; and Trips and Tours.
It is undated, but the ERS only functioned between 1944 and 1946.
