The rest of the newspaper has many images of various aspects of the war - mostly as they relate to New Zealand soldiers and life at war, but also battle scenes. All of them have explanatory captions. Images of the New Zealand soldiers who earned Victoria Crosses are also included. Then there are pages on the surrender of Germany.
