Brief Description
Multiple page nominations for immigration to New Zealand. The forms consist of a folded double-sided page with a third page inserted inside the folded form. They date from the 1880s. The forms are filled out by the nominator for the nominee. They were completed in Napier. The applications ask for: full name, age, relation to nominator, marital status, occupation and original address of the nominee.
