Brief Description
Plan of Napier South by Kennedy Brothers and Morgan, dated 10 March 1906. The plan shows sections around Napier Borough Park and Sir Donald McLean Memorial Park with acreage and boundaries. The area is bounded by Wellesley Road, Hastings Street and Georges Drive.

The plan also shows roads, the railway line, the railway station, a brewery, gas works and the Tutaekuri River. The legend shows land allotted to the Harbour Board, land to be selected by C D Kennedy in return for Harbour Board Land, proposed allotment to the Harbour Board, proposed allotment to Kennedy Brothers, the lengths of roads along each subjects boundaries, and the total area of each subjects transfer.
