Land lots are to be sold by public at the Hawke's Bay Land Mart, Napier on Monday August 25, 1890 - C B Hoadley & Co are to be the Auctioneers.

Shows land lots and area sizes, town board boundary around the main road from Wellington to Napier, Swinburn Street, Tennyson Street, Millers Street and the main trunk railway line.

Allardice's Hotel is noted on the main Napier road and Henderson's Hotel is noted directly across the road from the railway station.
Dennehey's Hotel is on the corner of Millers Street and the main Napier road. Radley's Hotel is on the corner of the main road , near the railway station. the Elmbranch Blacksmith building fronts the main road at the Christian Street end of town. The police station is on the corner of Alexandra Street and the main road.
