Plan of a wholesale building on Awapuni Road, Gisborne, prepared for Williams and Kettle Limited by Glengarry Corson and Partners in April 1983. Six plans bound into one volume with each showing a simple floor plan with a cross section of the internal and external walls. There are several annotated areas with construction notes. There is also a landscaping plan and demolition plan.
