Brief Description
Set of plans regarding premises in Waipawa.
1) Typewritten sheets of specifications for the building of the new bulk store for Williams & Kettle Ltd. November 1954.
Consists of painting specifications and specifications of work to be carried out and materials to be used. Also includes specifications for the excavator, concreter and carpenter - joiner.
2) Proposed car park at Waipawa. A Rowe, Consulting Engineer for the Waipawa County Council.
The plan shows Williams & Kettle Ltd premises adjoined by Limbrick Estate property and Jolly's pharmacy which is on High Street.
The other Williams & Kettle property is on Kenilworth Street, bordered by Plunket rooms and Limbrick Estate properties.
