Brief Description
There are four architectural plans of the proposed Wool Exchange Building Napier.

Sheet 4. Plan, Hawke's Bay Wool Brokers Association wool exchange, Marine Parade, Napier. September 1962.
Shows a site plan, South elevation, north elevation, main floor plan and sectional floor plan, noting the auditorium area where buyers sit, refreshment rooms and auctioneers platform.

Attached are type written pages from Natusch & Sons dated March 1 1963, to the Secretary, Hawke's Bay Wool Brokers Association, Napier, regarding the new Wool Exchange building.
It states that all working drawings and specifications are completed and that tenders are to be called within 14 days.
Included is a general list of external finishings eg:
Roof - Asbestos cement No 6.
Walls - Reinforced concrete frames and concrete block walls, metal balustrades.
Mr Natusch go on to note that a completion date of 31 December 1963 is feasible.
