Sixteen typewritten sheets of specifications for Messrs Williams & Kettle Ltd, completed by Faulknor Construction Company.
Noted are the materials to be used, permits and insurances to be obtained, types and dimensions of stormwater and other drains, manufacturer and consistency of cement to be used as well as specifics regarding the type and grade of shingle and sand, noting that the concrete is to be 6 inches deep.
Also covered in the specification sheets are type of timber to be used, noting that any timber in direct contact with the concrete shall be covered with a layer of Malthoid dampcourse.
The lighting lamps are to be 100 watt gas filled lamps of the Edison screw type.
