Gwavas Estate is situated about 6 miles from Hampden and 16 miles from Waipawa rail station.
The three blocks to be auctioned are outlined in green.
E N Knapp Esq's property borders block 2 and 3 to the West. H Duff Esq property borders block 3. E C Clarkson Esq property borders block 1 to the East.
