Brief Description
Sketch and preparatory information relating to of the proposed subdivision of Washpool Estate.

Two sheets of typed instructions to the surveyor for the subdivision of Mr Glazebrook's property and Mrs Glazebrook's property, separate instructions for each.

Handwritten sheets of paper with figures arranged in column form of traverse measurements and bearings, and sketched bearing diagrams with calculations.

Identified as Washpool Estate, Aerial Survey, 17:6:38. Noted on the plan face that it is a tracing of Photo Plan loaned by Carlile, McL, S and Wood, Hastings, 9:8:43. Plan illustrates the proposed boundaries of the subdivision, adopting for the most part the fenceline of farm paddocks, each named and acreage noted. Also identifies Mrs Glazebrook's land and possible location of Native Land.
