Bill of Sale for the sailing ship Why Not, dated 16 September 1891. Port of Registry, Napier. The Why Not was built at Renfrew, Scotland, in 1854. It has one deck and two masts. It is a Ketch. The Bill of Sale transfers twenty-one shares from Frederic Wanklyn Williams, Merchant of Napier to Williams and Kettle Limited.
