Memorandum of Lease between John Gibson Kinross of Napier, Merchant, Lessee and The Mayor, Councillors and Burgesses of the Borough of Napier (Lessors). Dated 12 December 1888. The lease concerns section number 614 of the town of Napier. On 7 March 1889 this lease was transferred to Frederick Wanklyn Williams and Nathaniel Kettle, both of Napier, Merchants. On 16 September 1891 it was transferred to Williams and Kettle Limited.
