A Deed of Agreement between Williams and Kettle Limited (1 part); Murray Roberts and Company (2 part) - John Roberts, Merchant, Dunedin and Alfred Henry Miles of Wellington, Merchant; Frank Bee, Merchant of Napier (3 part) and George Edward Gordon Richardson, Merchant of Napier (4 part). Dated 26 April 1895. Carried on the business of Richardson and Company and the steamers Fairy, Kahu, Weka and Fanny. The said parties shall continue to carry on business as ship-owners, lighterers and common carriers for five years.
