Brief Description
Memorandum of Lease between John Joshua and Banner and Liddle, dated 21 April 1882. The memorandum is an agreement between the two parties for Harmood Arthur Banner and Joseph Liddle of Napier, Merchants, to lease Napier town section number 592 from John Joshua of London, England, for ten years. Banner and Liddle were declared bankrupt on 18 December 1889. The lease was transferred to Frederick Wanklyn Williams and Nathaniel Kettle of Williams and Kettle Limited, 16 September 1891.
