Brief Description
Memorandum of Lease between John Joshua and Williams and Kettle Limited, dated 17 May 1920. The memorandum is an agreement between the two parties for Williams and Kettle Limited to lease town sections numbers 588 and 589 from John Joshua of Strathfield near Sydney, New South Wales, for one year. The memorandum is signed by Nathaniel Kettle and Fred Williams. It has the Williams and Kettle Limited seal. Also includes one pound four shillings in stamps. Two copies. The second copy has an original declaration and certificate - Clifford Minter and Thomas Wills Nicholls.
