Specifications for a proposed Manse in Morris Spence Avenue, Napier, for the Onekawa Presbyterian Church prepared in June 1963 by L G Williams, Registered Architect, Napier.
a) Original copy of specifications. The first pages include details for tender applications and conditions of contract. This is followed by an index which lists the sections of the Specification: Preliminary Clauses, Excavator, Concreter, Bricklayer and Plasterer, Carpenter and Joiner, Plumber and Drainlayer, Electrician, Painter and Glazier.
b) A duplicate of the above specifications.
