Brief Description
A bound group of standardised forms - Form P4 - recording the annual financial statistics of St Stephen's Presbyterian Church from 1995 to 2003. Each form records the parish name, presbytery and the contact details of the person having completed the form. It records: the total receipts from offerings; property income; grants-in-aid of Stipend; other sources; capital and invested funds and the total payments for the ministry; property expenses; other parish running costs; wider church budgets; special appeals and gifts; reserves; major capital purposes; and loan repayments. The final figures on the form record the total investments and funds held for special purposes or reserve, other funds and investments held for general purposes and total debt.
The bottom of the form states that it is to be completed and returned to the presbytery Clerk by August following the end of the financial year.
