Brief Description
a) Minutes of the Property and Finance Committee meeting held at St Stephen's Church on Tuesday 26 January 1993. These minutes indicate those who were present at the meeting followed by summaries of the matters discussed: Play Centre, Minister's Stipend, Mower, Stained Glass Windows, Tea Trolley, Assembly Budget, New Cleaner, Correspondence, Financial Report, Treasurer, Parish Council Meetings, Manse Rental, Dust Mops, Time Switches for Heaters, OHP Screen, Playgroup Adventure Playground, Home Ministry Grant, Bifold doors, Maintenance and Historical Booklets. It is indicated that the next meeting was to take place on 23 February.

Of particular note is a bequest of $10,000 from the Estate of the Late Mrs Skeet recorded in the minutes of July 2004, ongoing concern regarding the deficit in the Parish accounts and a change in the meeting time of the Committee due to a reduced amount of business recorded in the minutes of April 2005.
