Brief Description
(a) Minute book recording the meetings of the Napier West Women's Club and, as of 3 October 1989, St Stephen's Evening Fellowship. The book records meetings held between 5 May 1987 and 2 April 1996. It also includes annual reports, financial reports, a colour photograph of Mrs Mabel Haigh, and a printed tribute produced by St Stephen's Presbyterian Parish on the occasion of her death. Most entries are handwritten in blue and red ink, while others are printed in black ink on paper.
Within the pages of the minute book are the following loose documents:
(b) Annual Report of St Stephen's Afternoon Fellowship, 1991 - 1992. The report comments on attendance and activities. It is signed by B Murison, Secretary of the Afternoon Fellowship.
(c) Annual Report of St Stephen's Women's Evening Fellowship, 1993 - 1994. The report includes comments on attendance, the monthly meeting programme and activities, news from the Association of Presbyterian Women, World Day of Prayer, catering and invitations. It is signed by Jean Bond, President.
