Brief Description
(a) Cash book recording the income and expenditure of the general and refurbishing accounts of St Stephen's Evening Fellowship, June 1989 - May 2005. This book also includes annual financial reports from 31 May 2000 for both the Evening and Afternoon Fellowships. Towards the back of the book are the annual financial reports of the Refurbishing Fund.
(b) Letter dated 19 April 1999 from Dr Murray Horn on behalf of ANZ Banking Group to St Stephen's Evening Fellowship. This letter advises of the introduction of a new computer system.
(c) Letter from Marilyn Thorp, Treasurer of St Stephen's Evening Fellowship to the Chairman of St Stephen's Finance Committee. This letter accompanied a cheque from the women's fellowship groups for the painting of the church and manse. The letter is undated.
(d) Letter dated 20 February 2006 from United Nations Development Fund for Women to St Stephen's Evening Fellowship. Attached to the letter is a receipt from United Nations Development Fund for Women for a donation made by St Stephen's Evening Fellowship towards the Spring Walk programme.
(e) Invoice dated 22 September 2003 from Wheels Plus, A Division of Allied Management Limited.
(f) Handwritten Account Statement for the Afternoon Fellowship dated 18 June 2002.
