Facelift - Darren Franklin (Hastings), of Hawke's Bay Sandblasters, spruces up the light standard in the Taradale retailing area. The repaint is part of a $64,00 revamp of Gloucester Street. Upgrading the shopping area will include the elimination of right-angled parking.
