Brief Description
Map of Kopua Estate. The map was printed in association with a public auction of the property of H M Sanders held at the town hall, Takapau, on Thursday 8 March 1917 at 1 pm. The Kopua Estate is situated 2 miles from Ormondville and 5 miles from Takapau. The property adjoins the Kopua Railway Station. The land is bounded by property owned by Ellis Brothers, H J Papps, M Paulsen, and P F Wall. It is also bounded by the Manawatu River and Waikopiro Stream. Locality plan.
