Brief Description
Map of Takapau Freehold lands. The map was printed in association with a public auction held by C B Hoadley and Son Limited on behalf of the estate of the late Thomas Prescott at the Town Hall, Takapau, on Saturday 29 April 1916 at 1.30 pm. Lots 1 and 3 are known as the Tasma Block. The land is situated 3 miles from Takapau Railway Station. The map is bounded by the Mangatewai Stream and Makuretu River. The Takapau road runs through the property. Lot 4 is situated 1 mile from Ormondville Railway Station and is bounded by the Manawatu River. A locality plan.
