Simla is situated on the Eastern and sheltered side of Havelock North, which may be termed the Cashmere Hills of Hastings. The property can be reached from Hastings in 15 minutes by Motor Bus which runs at regular times. The allotments are all beautifully sheltered and command a splendid view of the Heretaunga Plains - the Ruahine and Kaweka Ranges and Napier.
