Brief Description
(a) Minute book for St Peter's Afternoon Guild/Fellowship recording meetings held between 19 June 1974 and 20 July 1988. A number of loose documents are attached to the pages of the minute book with metal pins and paperclips. These documents include a notice from Napier West parish, annual reports, financial statements, and receipts.
(b) At the front of the minute book is a list of Secretary's Duties. This loose document was formerly taped to the inside front cover of the book. The list gives details of the duties to be performed by the secretary before, during and after meetings.
(c) Within the pages of the minute book is a loose document titled St Peter's Women's Club Statement of Receipts and Payments for year ending 31 May 1985.
