The brochure covers the aims of the association, the cost of membership, activities, responsibilities of different departments, and the chart of organisation.

(a) Hard cardboard cover and red cloth spine. Glued to the front cover is an image of a pink rose with a white background. The label is handwritten in black and blue ink. The pages are lined and handwritten in blue and black and red ink. Staples and tape have been used to attach loose documents to the minute book.
