Formerly a portion of the well-known "Longlands" Estate and situated about 3 and a half miles from Hastings and adjacent to the Frimley Fruit Grounds. C. B Hoadley & Son, Limited, Auctioneers, Napier and Hastings.
Bounded by land owned by E J Watt; H Campbell; A H Russell - Twyford Estate; part of Fernhill Estate. The Maraekakaho Fernhill Road to Napier acts as a part boundary. The Paki Paki Freezing Works are two and three quarters miles distant.
