Brief Description
Map of the Flemington Estate. The map was printed in association with a public auction held by the New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company Limited on behalf of the Executors of the late D S Fleming at the Town Hall, Waipukurau, on Wednesday 23 February 1910. The site consists of 3800 acres and is located 8 to 10 miles from Waipukurau. The property is bounded by land owned G Nichol, D O'Hara, A Logan, J Simm, W G Fleming, R J Fleming, Barret and Welsh, J Holden, and S McNutt. Purimu Stream runs into the Purimu Lake through the property.
