Brief Description
Four plans of Waimarama Estate. Public auction of the historic Waimarama Estate held by C B Hoadley and Son Limited on behalf of the executors of the late Mrs G P Donnelly at the King's Theatre, Hastings, on Thursday 30 November 1911 at 2 pm. The site consists of 6600 acres subdivided into 17 blocks ranging in size from 7 acres up to 1676 acres in extent. The estate has a seaside frontage, and is within 18 miles of Hastings. The property is bounded by the Pouhokio and Waingongoro Streams and land owned by Pani Karauria. There is a locality plan.
