To be sold by public auction at the King's Theatre, Hastings on Friday October 23, 1914 at 2 pm. Under instructions from Mr G P Donnelly, Mrs La Morte, and the Executors of the late Mrs G P Donnelly.
The Crissoge Estate is widely known as one of the finest properties to be found in the Dominion and consists of low hills and rich alluvial flats, all well watered. Situated about 8 miles from Hastings & 10 miles from Napier by perfect roads; 1 mile from Fernhill Township, Post Office, School & Store; within 3 miles of Nathan's Cheese Factory at Wai-o-hiki, & handy to stock markets and shipping port.
