Brief Description
Map of subdivision of Waima Estate. To be offered by public auction on Tuesday 15 October 1912 at the Princess Theatre, Hastings, immediately after the Te Mahanga sale, by Messrs Wellwood & Wellwood on account of the owner Mr Archie Gregory.
Comprises 278 acres to be offered in three subdivisions. Situated eight miles from Hastings, two miles from Fernhill Post Office and school and two miles from the new dairy factory at Waiohiki. On section No 3 there is a two roomed cottage, commodious woolshed and four stands (almost new) and sheep yards. Land is bounded by Rotoroa Stream, Ngaruroro River and main road.
