Mangateretere - 92 acres and 37 perches freehold, situated three miles from the Clive Township, four miles from Hastings and nine miles from Napier.
The Washpool Estate: 2825 acres - formerly a portion of the famous Maraekakaho Estate situated about ten miles from Hastings and 22 miles from Napier by good motor roads. Buildings consist of homestead, cottage, shearers' quarters, woolshed (6 stands), sheepyards and dip.
Simla Estate, Havelock North - 4 acres 3 roods.
Situated about one and a half miles from Havelock North township. Simla Avenue borders the property.
