Map of Mangateretere Freehold Farms. Being portions of the properties of Messrs Oswald Nelson & Geo. Cotterill to be sold by public auction at the Municipal Assembly Rooms, Hastings, on Thursday 18 November 1920 at 2.30 pm. Hoadley, Son & Stewart Ltd, auctioneers.
The land consists of rich flats suitable for fattening, dairying or mixed farming. Situated four and a half miles from Hastings, ten miles from Napier and about one mile from the Mangateretere School and convenient to the Freezing Works. Land bounded by the Waimarama Road; Tutituki River and land owned by Geo Cotterill and Oswald Nelson.
