Brief Description
Plan of Matawai Extension number 1. The map was printed in association with a public auction held by the New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company Limited at Barlow's Motor Garage, Gisborne, on Saturday 6 July 1912. The property being auctioned belongs to Messrs Hensen and Green. It adjoins the Railway Station and Public Hall. The map shows the road from Matawai to the Railway Station, Winter Road, Gordon Road, and a livery stable.
